The Danish Patisserie came from humble beginnings 30years ago and has now established themselves as Perth’s largest commercial bakery operating 24/7. They have the production and logistical capacity to meet any need and their business needed a reliable way in which to reduce their costs and reliance on daytime grid power.

In November 2017, we installed a 100kW commercial solar PV system that will not only significantly reduce the site’s electricity bills, but also reduce Danish Patisserie’s annual CO2 emissions by 149 tons per year – that is the equivalent of planting 552 trees!
